Independent U.S. presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is reportedly ending his campaign, according to sources cited by ABC News. An official announcement is expected on Friday in Arizona, where Kennedy will address the nation about his future plans.

In a discussion with an ABC News reporter, Kennedy neither confirmed nor denied potential endorsement plans for former President Donald Trump. 'We are not talking about any of that,' he stated.

Kennedy's running mate, Nicole Shanahan, indicated that an alliance with Trump is under consideration. Trump, when asked by CNN, expressed openness to including Kennedy in his administration if he decides to endorse him. Kennedy initially campaigned as a Democrat, opposing President Joe Biden.
