Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Sunday made a fervent appeal to the people of Haryana to give the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) a chance in the state's forthcoming assembly elections. Mann lambasted Congress, the BJP, and the INLD for failing to bring about any significant improvement in the state.
Mann cited the achievements of the AAP governments in Punjab and Delhi, emphasizing that the party's national convener, Arvind Kejriwal, was born in Haryana. He pointed out that the AAP has already declared its intention to contest all 90 seats in the state, tapping into a growing demand for a change in governance.
The Chief Minister touted AAP's track record, mentioning initiatives like the free electricity scheme and Aam Aadmi Clinics in Punjab, while also criticizing other political leaders for corruption. Simultaneously, Delhi CM Kejriwal's wife, Sunita Kejriwal, echoed similar sentiments, urging voters to support Kejriwal and the AAP for holistic development.
