Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan urged his Karnataka counterpart, Siddaramaiah, to recommence the search operations for Arjun, a lorry driver who went missing after a landslide last month.

In his letter, Vijayan highlighted the prolonged anxiety of Arjun's family and noted that the halted search operations were due to resume, but had not yet started.

Vijayan visited Arjun's family to offer support and assured them that their concerns would be conveyed to the Karnataka government. Arjun, who was driving a lorry loaded with timber, has been missing since the landslide on July 16.
