Around 100 people, allegedly barred from voting by Trinamool Congress workers in recent West Bengal elections, met with Governor CV Ananda Bose.

Opposition Leader Suvendu Adhikari led the group, claiming they were denied participation during by-elections and Lok Sabha polls. Governor Bose assured an investigation into the allegations.

Post-meeting, Adhikari informed reporters of his intent to seek an appointment with President Draupadi Murmu to further discuss what he termed as ongoing 'atrocities'. He aims to take some of the affected voters to meet the President.
