INLD and BSP Forge Alliance to Contest Haryana Elections

The Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) and Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) have officially announced their alliance to contest the upcoming Haryana elections. Abhay Singh Chautala, Secretary General of the INLD, made the announcement on Thursday, emphasizing a collective effort to oust the current BJP government and prevent the Congress from regaining power.
Chautala accused Congress leader Bhupinder Singh Hooda of acting as an agent for the Bharatiya Janata Party. 'Former CM and Congress leader Bhupinder Singh Hooda is an agent of the BJP. He has proved that he works as an agent,' Chautala stated, reaffirming the coalition's commitment to fulfilling its promises.
BSP supremo Mayawati also confirmed the alliance, stating that the parties aim to uproot the anti-people entities of the Congress and the BJP. 'Bahujan Samaj Party and Indian National Lok Dal will contest the Haryana elections together, with a resolve to defeat the anti-people parties and form a new coalition government.' She assured that the seat distribution has been agreed upon with mutual respect and unity, expressing optimism in defeating their opponents and forming a welfare government for all sections of society.
