India's Defence Minister, Rajnath Singh, has underscored the need for heightened military preparedness against unconventional warfare methods, including AI-based and cyber attacks. Speaking at the Army War College in Mhow Cantonment, Madhya Pradesh, Singh lauded India's defence export growth from Rs 2,000 crore to Rs 21,000 crore over a decade and set a Rs 50,000 crore target by 2029.

Singh stressed the significance of mastering advanced technologies and enhancing training curriculums at military institutions to tackle emerging global challenges. The Defence Minister also highlighted the crucial role of military training centers in preparing soldiers and emphasized the necessity for strengthened integration across the armed forces.

During his visit, Singh praised the commitment of India's armed forces in safeguarding national borders and providing disaster relief, stating that economic prosperity and security are interlinked. He urged military officials to embody the vision of self-reliance and continue fostering global military diplomacy.
