Blaze Contained: Heroic Efforts Quell Boisar Chemical Factory Inferno
A major fire broke out in three chemical factories located in Boisar MIDC, Palghar district. The fire started at 4:30 pm on Sunday and was finally contained by 2:30 am on Monday after a 10-hour firefighting mission. Authorities are investigating the fire's cause.

In a dramatic and intense firefighting operation, a massive blaze that erupted in three chemical factories in Boisar MIDC, Palghar district, was successfully contained in the early hours of Monday. The fire began at UK Aromatic and Chemical Company around 4:30 pm on Sunday and soon spread to Shree Chemicals and another unit located in Salwad Shivaji Nagar area.
Firefighting units from Palghar Boisar, Dahanu, and Vasai, equipped with five fire engines, battled the inferno through the night. The operation extended over 10 hours before the tremendous efforts of the fire brigade finally brought the situation under control at 2:30 am.
Thankfully, no casualties were reported, confirmed Vivekanand Kadam, chief of the Palghar district disaster management cell. An investigation is currently underway to determine the cause of this dangerous incident.
