At World Food India (WFI) 2024, NIFTEM-K showcased cutting-edge innovations supported by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI). Highlights included:
- SARTHI Technology: Advanced integration of digital technologies with sensors for improved food processing.
- Hybrid Drying and Biodegradable Film: Revolutionary drying techniques paired with a 100% biodegradable, plasticizer-free film.
- Rapid Detection Kits: Tools to detect pesticides in tea and harmful compounds using nanosensors and enzyme inhibition principles.
The NIFTEM-K pavilion featured diverse innovations such as fortified yogurts, millet-based foods, Vitamin D-enriched snacks, and equipment like a Boondi-making machine.
