Legal Challenges Mount for Imran Khan: Islamabad's 62 Cases Examined

The Islamabad High Court received a briefing on Thursday regarding the staggering number of legal cases against former Prime Minister Imran Khan. A total of 62 cases have been lodged in the capital, as revealed during a session presided over by Justice Arbab Mohammad Tahir.
DSP Sajjid Cheema, representing the police, was instructed to submit a comprehensive report. Although an interim report was proposed, Justice Tahir emphasized the need for thorough documentation of each case Khan faces.
The Federal Investigation Agency also indicated seven ongoing inquiries, underscoring the intense legal scrutiny Khan endures since his removal from power last year. The court adjourned further hearings to November 18, seeking a complete account of the allegations.
