In a tragic unfolding in Detroit, four individuals have been charged in connection with a shooting incident that resulted in the deaths of two people and injuries to five others. The charges were announced by the Wayne County prosecutor's office on Monday.
The accused, Johnny Lee Marsh III, Eladeo Garcia, and Alfonso Anaya, face serious charges including first-degree murder and assault with intent to murder. A fourth individual, Amber McIntee, faces charges of tampering with evidence and lying to a police officer. The incident reportedly followed an argument at a large outdoor gathering.
Arrests were made swiftly, with Garcia and Marsh apprehended immediately after the event, while Anaya and McIntee were detained days later. Legal proceedings are set to commence with a probable cause conference on November 19, followed by a preliminary examination on November 26.
