In a shocking turn of events, two young individuals have been apprehended for their involvement in the murder of a vegetable vendor in Delhi's Dwarka area, authorities confirmed on Monday.
On October 23, Samarpal, 49, was brutally shot by two assailants. The police opened an investigation after registering an FIR, utilizing CCTV footage to identify the culprits as Prashant, 18, and Aman Siddiqui, 19.
During interrogation, it was uncovered that Aman had been extorting money from local vendors to sustain his monopoly and turned violent when Samarpal resisted, leading Prashant to shoot the vendor. Police have now recovered the weapon used in the crime.
