The deceased individuals have been identified as Akash and Seema, according to Manish Sharma, SHO of the Kaman police station. Their bodies were found in a room of the rented house where Seema resided with her husband, Lala Ram.

Lala Ram, a driver, was reportedly out of the district for work at the time. The homeowner made the grim discovery and alerted the authorities. After postmortem examinations, the bodies were released to family members. Further investigations continue as Seema was reportedly Akash's maternal aunt.
