Two Arrested for Creating Fake Police Commissioner Profiles on Social Media
Shakeel Mohammed and Sunil Prajapat were arrested for allegedly creating fake profiles of the Bhopal police commissioner on Facebook and duping people. The duo, also wanted by Karnataka police, were caught in Rajasthan. Their fraudulent activities were reported when a businessman claimed he lost Rs 45,000.

Two individuals, Shakeel Mohammed and Sunil Prajapat, were apprehended on Saturday for allegedly creating fraudulent profiles of the Bhopal police commissioner on social media. These impersonations reportedly led to the deceit of multiple victims, including a businessman who lost Rs 45,000.
The apprehension occurred in Alwar, Rajasthan, where both accused were found in connection with similar scams targeting a Karnataka police superintendent's social media profile. The fraudulent case involving the Bhopal commissioner came to public attention on November 5.
Bhopal Crime Branch Deputy Commissioner Akhil Patel stated that police have confiscated four mobile phones, three SIM cards, and Rs 5,000 from the accused and are planning to seek their remand to further investigate their operation.
