On October 25, while at work and experiencing severe labor pain, Barsha claims her request for hospital leave was ignored by CDPO Snehalata Sahoo, resulting in the death of her baby.
The incident has prompted an investigation by the District Social Welfare Officer, as directed by district authorities, following Barsha's complaint and public outcry.
