In a remarkable achievement, Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi declared the successful execution of the state's 'Zero Casualty Mission' following Cyclone Dana, which struck the coast on Thursday night.
The Chief Minister highlighted that no fatalities or injuries had been reported, crediting the collaborative efforts of authorities and locals for this success. Around six lakh individuals were evacuated to safety before the cyclone's impact.
Majhi expressed gratitude towards various stakeholders, including emergency services, officials, and social workers, emphasizing their role in safeguarding lives and stressing the divine grace of Lord Jagannath in their success.
