Massive Drug Operation Unraveled: Inside Bhopal's Synthetic Drug Bust

In a significant law enforcement operation, the Madhya Pradesh police seized a considerable quantity of chemicals and raw materials from a shop in Bhopal on Tuesday. This discovery potentially links the shop to a synthetic drug factory that was recently dismantled elsewhere in the city.

According to Deputy Commissioner of Police Sanjay Agrawal, the seized materials hold the potential to produce MD drugs worth an estimated Rs 250 crore to Rs 350 crore. This operation follows a joint effort by the Gujarat Anti-Terrorist Squad and the NCB, who earlier dismantled a drug manufacturing unit in the Bagroda locality.

Authorities have detained several individuals in connection with the drug operations, including Amit Chaturvedi, who allegedly rented the Bhopal shop under investigation. Investigations continue as police piece together the specifics of how the operation was conducted and to locate any additional locations potentially involved.
