A police team intercepted a car near Mandi Bharari, where they recovered the illicit substance and detained three suspects.

The suspects have been identified as Dhyanchand and Abhinav, both from Kullu, and Vishwadeep from Mandi. A case has been filed against them under the NDPS Act, and ongoing investigations are aiming to trace further connections, stated Bilapsur DSP Madan Dhiman.
