Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Monday that he had no information about a test of Russia's RS-28 Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missile, after arms experts suggested, based on satellite imagery, that it appeared to have failed in a test this month.
Peskov stated that the matter was for the defense ministry to address. The defense ministry did not respond to a Reuters request for comment.
