Zelenskiy Reports No Major Success for Russian Counter-Attacks
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy reported that Russian counter-attacks in the Kursk region have not achieved significant success. He also mentioned at a charity conference in Kyiv that the situation around Pokrovsk remains challenging as Russian forces make steady gains in the area.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy announced on Friday that Russian counter-attacks in the Kursk region, partially held by Ukrainian forces after a major incursion last month, have so far failed to achieve notable success.
Speaking at a charity conference in Kyiv, Zelenskiy noted that the situation around the strategic eastern hub of Pokrovsk remains challenging.
