The Supreme Court's decision to grant bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has ignited new allegations from the Congress, accusing probe agencies of misuse for political vendetta over the past decade.

The Congress asserted that despite these alleged misuses, the public gave the BJP a significant setback by reducing its presence to 240 seats in the Lok Sabha.

The court ruled that Kejriwal's prolonged incarceration was an unjust deprivation of liberty. His bail conditions prevent him from making public comments on the case or visiting his office unless absolutely necessary.
