YouTuber Accused of Sexual Exploitation in Thane
A 34-year-old YouTuber and journalist, Shahnawaz Zuber Majid, from Thane, Maharashtra, has been accused of raping and sexually exploiting a female employee under the pretense of marriage. The police have registered an FIR under several sections including rape and sexual intercourse by deceitful means.

In a disturbing case from Thane district, Maharashtra, a 34-year-old man who identifies as a YouTuber and journalist has been accused of raping a female employee by promising marriage.
The accused, Shahnawaz Zuber Majid, allegedly sexually exploited the 29-year-old woman, who is already married, over a span from May to August, according to police officials.
Following a formal complaint, Ulhasnagar police have registered an FIR under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) sections 64, 69, and 352-2, which pertain to rape, sexual intercourse by deceitful means, and intentional insult with intent to provoke a breach of peace, respectively.
