A property dispute in Kaladera village turned tragic when Dilip Sain, 35, attempted self-immolation, suffering 35% burns. Authorities revealed that Sain had filed a complaint days prior, which went unaddressed by Kaladera police station in-charge Naresh Kanwar.

Following the incident, Kanwar was removed from his duties and transferred to police lines. Deputy Superintendent of Police (Govindgarh) Rajesh Jangid stated that Sain's grievance involved a plot of land in Sunar Mohalla. During a village panchayat meeting, Sain's son, Dilip, alleged collusion between the sarpanch and opposing party Mahavir Prasad Sharma.

Dilip Sain set himself on fire and was immediately taken to a local hospital, later referred to Sawai Mansingh Hospital in Jaipur, where doctors declared him out of danger.
