Violent Attacks Shake BJP Leadership in Bihar

In a shocking series of events, a BJP leader identified as Shashi Modi sustained serious injuries after being attacked with a blunt object in Bhagalpur. The assault happened amidst Ganesh Puja celebrations in the Babbarganj area late Monday night.

Local authorities revealed that Shashi Modi, who is the husband of a local ward councillor, was attacked along with two others by unidentified miscreants over a minor dispute. Security forces quickly intervened and rushed the injured to a nearby hospital where their condition is reported to be stable.

The attack on Modi came just hours after another BJP leader, Shyamshundar Sharma, was fatally shot by unidentified assailants in Patna. Bihar BJP chief Dilip Jaiswal and other political leaders expressed their concern over the rising violence, urging law enforcement to act swiftly to restore order.
