The Delhi High Court will hear on October 23 Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's petition challenging the Enforcement Directorate's summons in a case linked to an excise policy and money laundering.
The hearing, previously deferred, saw Justice Prathiba M Singh note that Kejriwal's rejoinder to the ED's reply was not on record. The senior counsel for Kejriwal claimed the rejoinder had been 'circulated' but might not be on the court's record. The ED's lawyer reiterated that the petition was now infructuous.
Justice Singh, along with Justice Amit Sharma, stated, "Let the rejoinder be brought on record. List on October 23."
