Teen Arrested for Harassing Schoolgirl in Dombivli

A 19-year-old named Rahul Yadav was arrested in Dombivli for allegedly stalking and harassing a 14-year-old schoolgirl. A 19-year-old man named Rahul Yadav was arrested in Dombivli on Tuesday for allegedly stalking and harassing a 14-year-old schoolgirl, according to local law enforcement. The incident occurred as the girl and her friends were walking home from school, during which Yadav allegedly passed objectionable remarks and tried to hold her hand.

The girls screamed for help, prompting nearby citizens to apprehend Yadav and deliver him to the authorities. The Ram Nagar police station confirmed that the suspect had harassed the same group of girls on previous occasions.

An FIR has been filed against Yadav under section 78 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
