A team of food safety officers discovered on Monday that all canteens on the Rajasthan High Court premises were running without food licenses and in unhygienic conditions, officials reported.
During an inspection, rotten potatoes, onions, and other food items were found, alongside artificial colors, dirty utensils, and expired products.
Authorities have prohibited these operators from conducting commercial activities within the high court premises until they secure a valid license, officials stated.
