The Aam Aadmi Party on Monday declared that the BJP's alleged conspiracy against its leaders is unravelling, following the Supreme Court's decision to grant bail to Vijay Nair in connection with the Delhi excise policy scam.

The Supreme Court invoked the principle that 'bail is the rule and jail is the exception,' underscoring that pre-trial detention should not serve as a punishment.

Senior AAP leaders, including Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, expressed confidence that the truth will eventually prevail, despite ongoing challenges from central investigative agencies.
