On Monday, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) accused the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government of corruption within Delhi's health department. According to BJP leaders, the Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) has taken cognisance of the complaint.

Delhi BJP president Virendra Sachdeva alleged that 'AAP and corruption have become synonyms,' further accusing the Arvind Kejriwal government of shirking responsibilities through press conferences. Sachdeva revealed that BJP MLAs had filed a complaint with the ACB detailing scams in the health department and that an FIR is expected soon.

ACB officials confirmed receiving the complaint and said they are investigating the matter. In response, Delhi Health Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj claimed that officers under the BJP-appointed LG are conspiring against him. BJP leaders demanded immediate resignations from former Health Minister Satyendar Jain and current Health Minister Bharadwaj, stating that corruption has jeopardized public safety and wasted taxpayer money.
