Delhi Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj on Monday criticized the Centre for allegedly 'misusing' agencies to harass AAP leaders, describing it as 'open hooliganism.' Addressing a press conference, Bharadwaj condemned the Enforcement Directorate's (ED) house search and arrest of senior AAP leader and MLA Amanatullah Khan.

Official sources reported that Khan was taken into custody under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) after a search at his residence in Okhla, Delhi. However, Bharadwaj asserted that no evidence has been found against Khan in the alleged money laundering case.

Bharadwaj further claimed the BJP's misuse of central agencies is causing undue harassment to AAP leaders and their families. He also addressed allegations against BJP members for threatening an AAP councillor who rejoined the party, calling for a police investigation.
