A Ukrainian drone attack has ignited a fire at an oil depot in the Kamensky district of Russia's southern Rostov region, confirmed Governor Vasily Golubev on Wednesday. According to media reports, several tanks were ablaze.

'There are no casualties,' Governor Golubev stated on the Telegram messaging app, adding that firefighters are currently working to extinguish the blaze. Russian air defense units reported the destruction of four drones overnight, though they did not mention an attack on the depot.

Earlier reports via the Baza Telegram channel, known for its connections to Russian security services, indicated that three tanks were burning after two drones struck the area. Videos circulating on Russian social media appeared to show tanks engulfed in flames, with Reuters verifying one video's location in the Kamensky district. The fire follows a similar attack earlier this month on another oil depot in Rostov's Proletarsk district, ignited by a Ukrainian attack.
