Man Arrested for Threatening BJP MLA on WhatsApp
A man, identified as Arjun alias Chhote, has been arrested for allegedly making a threatening call to BJP MLA Veer Vikram Singh. The arrest followed an FIR at Jaitpur Police Station, with charges under Section 170 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

A man was arrested here for allegedly making a threatening call via WhatsApp to BJP MLA Veer Vikram Singh from Meeranpur Katra constituency, police reported on Sunday.
The incident occurred on August 19, when Singh received a call from an individual who threatened to kill him and his family, authorities said.
Law enforcement officials identified the caller as Arjun, also known as Chhote, and promptly took him into custody. According to Superintendent of Police Ashok Kumar Meena, Arjun was booked under Section 170 (breach of peace) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. An FIR was filed at Jaitpur Police Station on Saturday, Singh's representative Jagbir confirmed.
