Governor Visits Rape-Murder Victim's Family for Justice Assurance

West Bengal Governor CV Ananda Bose visited the residence of a woman doctor who was raped and murdered at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital. Bose returned from Cuttack to personally meet her parents, having spoken to them twice by phone on Tuesday to assure them of justice.

West Bengal Governor CV Ananda Bose on Wednesday paid a visit to the residence of the woman doctor who was raped and murdered at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital in Kolkata.

After returning from Cuttack, Bose went directly to the doctor's residence to speak with her parents in person.

The Governor had previously spoken to the grieving parents twice over the phone on Tuesday to offer his assurances that justice would be served in the tragic case.
