Ukrainian forces have successfully intercepted a significant number of drones deployed by Russia in an overnight attack, Kyiv's military reported on Wednesday. A total of 50 out of 69 drones were destroyed during the operation.
The air force revealed that an additional 16 drones were likely neutralized through electronic warfare methods. The attack also included two ballistic missiles and one cruise missile, although only the cruise missile was successfully shot down.
The military further mentioned that one of the drones entered Ukraine from Belarus, while another returned to Russia.
