The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) announced that this visit signifies the tradition of frequent high-level exchanges between India and Nepal and underscores the importance India places on its relationship with Nepal, in line with its 'Neighbourhood First' policy.
Misri's visit, at the invitation of Nepal's Foreign Secretary Sewa Lamsal, aims to further strengthen bilateral relations, the MEA stated.
