Tragic Boiler Explosion at Nagpur Cement Factory Claims Life, Injures Nine
A boiler explosion at Shreeji Blocks Pvt Ltd in Nagpur's Mouda taluka resulted in the death of a crane operator and left nine workers injured. The incident also caused significant damage to nearby houses and led to the deaths of three goats. Compensation has been announced for the deceased's family.

A boiler explosion occurred at a cement blocks manufacturing factory in Nagpur's Nagpur district, killing one worker and injuring nine others early Tuesday morning, police confirmed.
The explosion took place at around 3.30 am at Shreeji Blocks Pvt Ltd in Zullar village, Mouda taluka, about 50 km from here. The victims were engaged in routine work when the incident happened, according to police reports.
Nandkishore Ramkrishna Karande, a 40-year-old crane operator residing in Zullar, lost his life on the spot. Nine other workers from nearby villages were seriously injured and are receiving treatment at a local hospital, officials stated.
The explosion badly damaged six nearby houses and resulted in the deaths of three goats. Forensic experts and industrial specialists are currently investigating the cause of the incident.
The company has announced a compensation of Rs 30 lakh for the family of the deceased. The injured workers hailed from Zullar, Wadoda, and Ranmangali villages.
