Delhi Court to Decide on Cancellation Report in Sexual Harassment Case Involving Ex-WFI Chief

A Delhi court is set to decide on September 27 whether to accept a Delhi Police report seeking to cancel a complaint from a minor wrestler accusing ex-WFI chief and former BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh of sexual harassment. The order was initially scheduled for Monday but was adjourned.

Additional Sessions Judge Chhavi Kapoor, who was supposed to deliver the ruling on Monday, adjourned the proceedings to the new date.

The Delhi Police had submitted the cancellation report to the court on June 15, last year, arguing for the dismissal of the minor's complaint.
