A Delhi court is scheduled to announce on September 27 whether it will accept a police report seeking the cancellation of a sexual harassment complaint by a minor wrestler against ex-WFI chief and former BJP MP, Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh.

Additional Sessions Judge Chhavi Kapoor, who was supposed to deliver the ruling on Monday, adjourned the proceedings to the new date.

The Delhi Police had submitted the cancellation report to the court on June 15, last year, arguing for the dismissal of the minor's complaint.
