The NCC Mountaineering Expedition team, consisting of 27 Girl and Boy Cadets, 5 Officers, and 17 Permanent Instructor Staff, successfully summited Mt. Kang Yatse-II (6250 m) on June 21, 2024. The cadets overcame the challenges of high altitude through rigorous training, acclimatization, and medical support. While scaling the snow-covered peak, they faced heavy snowfall, strong winds, and low temperatures, which they conquered with perseverance, dedication, and courage.
