During a video call, the fraudsters manipulated Uike's phone settings, promising to fix the app by night.

Over the next two days, Rs 5 lakh was transferred from Uike's account in three separate transactions. Prompted by the unauthorized transactions, Uike lodged a complaint with the cyber police, leading to the arrests.
