The digital platform stands out for its ability to slash response times significantly by automating the selection and deployment of the closest available teams. This ensures efficient handling of faults, allowing for the swift restoration of the system to optimal functionality.

Additionally, the application produces real-time reports, with comprehensive tabular summaries detailing crew dispatch details, fault specifics, and restoration procedures.
