Sharjah Ruler Inaugurates 13th International Government Communication Forum
Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, opened the 13th IGCF. The event features over 250 speakers aiming to enhance communication strategies for sustainable development.

In Sharjah, UAE, Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, inaugurated the 13th edition of the International Government Communication Forum (IGCF) on September 4. The forum's theme is 'Agile Governments... Innovative Communication.'
Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of Sharjah Media Council, joined the opening ceremony. The two-day event will host over 250 seasoned speakers across 18 platforms.
The forum aims to channel the expertise and visions of these speakers into actionable recommendations and initiatives, aiming to help countries adopt forward-looking communication strategies that contribute to sustainable and comprehensive development.
