Prime Minister Narendra Modi was greeted with a ceremonial reception at the Chancellery in Warsaw on Thursday. He was welcomed by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk upon his arrival.

As part of his second-day schedule in Poland, PM Modi is set for discussions with President Andrzej Duda and a luncheon hosted by Tusk. He will lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and engage with Polish business leaders and influencers.

On Wednesday, PM Modi addressed the Indian diaspora at an event in Warsaw. He highlighted the remarkable progress India has made over the last decade and outlined his vision for the country to become a developed nation by 2047. He also noted Poland's hosting of the Kabaddi championship as a cultural bridge between the two nations. PM Modi's visit commemorates the 70th anniversary of Indo-Polish diplomatic relations.

The Indian community greeted Prime Minister Modi with enthusiasm, raising slogans and chanting "Bharat mata ki jai." Following his engagements in Poland, PM Modi will travel to Ukraine at the invitation of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
