Mahrang Baloch, a key Baloch leader, has strongly criticized Pakistani security forces for claiming that the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) is a surrogate for terrorist organizations. This assertion followed allegations made by the Director-General of Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR), Pakistan.

Baloch argued that such accusations aim to delegitimize law enforcement and undermine regional development by inciting violence. She emphasized that marginalizing the BYC forces the youth toward potentially violent activism when peaceful avenues are closed.

Baloch questioned the lack of evidence supporting the DG ISPR's claims, challenging him to present proof in court. She highlighted that since the Baloch Raji Machi gathering on July 28, multiple accusations have been made against the BYC.

Addressing questions about Gwadar as the venue for the national gathering, Baloch stated that promises made in 2007 and subsequent plans under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) have not been fulfilled. She criticized the government's lack of development in Gwadar while highlighting the area's reliance on Iran for electricity and inadequate healthcare facilities.

Baloch pointed out that since July 27, Gwadar has been cut off from the rest of the country with internet services shut down. She accused the government of attempting to discredit the BYC while repressing peaceful protests violently, resulting in deaths and injuries among demonstrators.
