GATE Aspirant Allegedly Commits Suicide in Delhi's Katwariya Sarai

A 23-year-old woman, Riya Bharti, allegedly committed suicide in her rented accommodation in Delhi's Katwariya Sarai. The police found her hanging from a ceiling fan. Riya had been residing with her boyfriend Partha since July. No suicide note was found, and further investigation is underway.

A 23-year-old GATE aspirant, Riya Bharti, allegedly took her own life in her rented room in Katwariya Sarai, Delhi, on Sunday night, as confirmed by local police.

Riya, originally from Muzaffarpur, Bihar, was discovered hanging from a ceiling fan when authorities arrived at the scene following a distress call. The room had to be forcibly opened by a crime team.

The deceased had been living with her boyfriend Partha since July. Despite their recent police verification, no suicide note was found. Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding her death.
