Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma unveiled three major healthcare initiatives on Sunday, vowing to ensure high-quality health services for all residents.

Speaking at the launch, Sharma emphasized that the 'Healthy Rajasthan' vision hinges on the well-being of every citizen, marking the official start of the campaigns at his residence.

The health initiatives include the 'National Pulse Polio Campaign', targeting children up to five years, the 'Abha ID Banao' campaign under the 'Stop Diarrhea Campaign-2024', and the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission. The state's medical department plans to administer polio doses to 1.07 crore children across 50 districts, with over 61,500 booths set up for this purpose. The drive will extend to door-to-door vaccinations over the next two days.

Poster releases and the distribution of Abha ID cards, ORS packets, and zinc tablets also marked the event. Stressing the importance of digital health records, Sharma directed officials to create a system enabling unique health IDs for children from birth, streamlining future medical care.
