Kotak Mahindra Bank Sees Profit Surge in Q4 2025-26
Kotak Mahindra Bank reported a 10% rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 5,423 crore for Q4 2025-26, with a standalone net profit increase of 13% year-on-year. Core net interest income rose 8% to Rs 7,876 crore, and net advances boosted 16% year-on-year to Rs 4.96 lakh crore.
Kotak Mahindra Bank announced a notable 10% increase in its consolidated net profit, reaching Rs 5,423 crore for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2025-26. This marks a significant rise compared to Rs 4,933 crore in the previous year.
On a standalone basis, the bank observed an impressive 13% year-on-year growth in net profit, totaling Rs 4,027 crore. Additionally, the bank's core net interest income saw an 8% increase, climbing to Rs 7,876 crore from Rs 7,284 crore a year earlier, while the net interest margin improved to 4.67% in the December quarter.
The bank also reported a 16% year-on-year surge in net advances, reaching Rs 4.96 lakh crore by March 31, 2026. Furthermore, customer assets saw growth with advances and credit substitutes expanding to Rs 5.46 lakh crore. Period-end deposits grew 15% to Rs 5.73 lakh crore, with average total deposits also witnessing a 15% rise to Rs 5.38 lakh crore in Q4FY26.
