In the Delhi Legislative Assembly, tensions rose as Leader of Opposition Atishi demanded the tabling of 14 Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) reports, questioning the delay despite a court order. She stressed the urgency, urging the Speaker to ensure the remaining reports are presented this session.

BJP members seized the opportunity to spotlight alleged financial mismanagement under the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) concerning the Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC). They criticized the reduction of the DTC bus fleet and financial disparities, accusing AAP of failing to fulfill its public transport promises.

The debate took a sharp turn as BJP MLA Harish Khurana accused the previous AAP government of severe financial mishandling, alleging a significant rise in losses. He cited drastic drops in operational revenue and questioned the leasing of DTC land without due financial diligence.
