The Tamil film industry is in mourning following the untimely death of actor and director Manoj Bharathiraja on Tuesday night. The son of legendary cineaste Bharathiraja, Manoj carved a niche for himself with roles in films such as 'Taj Mahal', 'Samuthiram', and 'Varushamellam Vasantham'.
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin expressed his condolences on social media, reflecting on Manoj's promising career and expressing deep sorrow over his premature demise. He extended his sympathies to Manoj's family, acknowledging the profound loss sustained by the film community.
