A grim tragedy unfolded in Habsiguda, where a family of four was discovered dead by hanging in their home. The victims—Chandrashekhar Reddy, a private employee, his wife Kavitha, and their children Shritha and Vishwan—left a community in shock as police investigate the circumstances around this devastating incident.

In another unsettling development, a Nalgonda court presiding over an honour killing case from 2018 delivered a verdict that sent ripples across the state. Subhash Sharma, involved in the murder of Pranay, a Scheduled Caste community member, received the death penalty, underscoring the gravity of this heinous act.

The case revealed a dark tale of conspiracy, as the first accused, Pranay's father-in-law, reportedly orchestrated the crime before taking his own life. Nalgonda SP Sharat Chandra Pawar discussed the legal journey, emphasizing the charges under the Prevention of Atrocities Act. Other conspirators face life sentences as the justice system addresses this affront to human morality.
