Union Minister of Panchayati Raj and Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Ranjan Rajiv Singh, on his inaugural visit to Arunachal Pradesh's Keyi Panyor district, toured the Model Fish Farm in Likha Kamin at Yachuli.
