Andhra Pradesh and Reliance Forge a Green Partnership

The Andhra Pradesh government, in a significant move to bolster its clean energy goals, has entered into a partnership with the Reliance Group for a massive Rs 65,000 crore initiative.
The accord, signed on Tuesday, involves setting up 500 compressed bio-gas (CBG) plants within three years, as declared by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.
This investment, set to generate 2.5 lakh jobs, will also contribute Rs 57,000 crore in state revenue and aligns with the state's climate and energy policies.
